It is preferred that you review BOTH the "Limitations and Conditions" and "Inspection Authorization" documents at your leisure and then either fax or bring the signed copies with you to the inspection.
An MTARHI representative will review the contract with you on site if applicable. If faxing the signed documents remember to bring both original signed documents with you to the inspection.
